Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. About AutoStaff

AutoStaff (“we”, “us”) operates hireautostaff.com, a marketplace that connects businesses (“Clients”) with independent contractors (“Contractors”) who have passed our vetting pipeline. These Terms govern your use of the site and services. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. What we do and don't do

We screen, test, and score Contractors and present them to Clients. We are a matchmaking and vetting service, not an employer of Contractors and not a party to the working relationship between Clients and Contractors. Each engagement is between the Client and the Contractor, governed by the agreements we provide (client MSA and contractor agreement).

3. Client terms

Clients post roles, review scored profiles, and choose Contractors. Our standard arrangement is a finder fee for placements and a 90-day replacement guarantee covering the placed role; the specific engagement model (direct or markup) and fee are agreed with us before placement and documented in the applicable MSA.

You agree to provide accurate company and contact information, to treat vetting scores as our proprietary assessment (not a promise of performance), and not to circumvent AutoStaff by hiring a Contractor we introduced outside the platform (see the non-circumvention clause in your MSA).

4. Contractor terms

Contractors are independent contractors, not AutoStaff employees. Applying means you consent to our vetting process: identity and sanctions checks, skills and English tests, interviews, and work samples. Scores, reviews, and profile content we publish must be truthful; fabrication is grounds for removal.

Payments for completed work flow through the engagement structure documented in your contractor agreement. You must provide a valid W-8 (or equivalent) before payments can be made.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false information or impersonate others; post unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content; attempt to access others' accounts or data; scrape or resell directory data; or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The AutoStaff name, branding, scoring methodology, and site content are our property. Work product created by Contractors for Clients is owned by the Client under the work-for-hire and assignment terms in the contractor agreement.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a placement will succeed or that a Contractor will perform to a particular standard, beyond the terms of the 90-day replacement guarantee documented in your MSA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms Clients, Contractors, or AutoStaff.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
